The Canadian Real Estate Association Installs 2023-2024 Leadership
Larry Cerqua was installed as Chair of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) during its 2023 Annual General Meeting.
Cerqua has been a REALTOR® for more than 40 years and has served on both the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and the Ontario Real Estate Association. He has also been instrumental on many committees and task forces throughout his career.
Cerqua is joined by Chair-Elect James Mabey, re-elected Director-at-Large Valérie Paquin as Vice-Chair, and Immediate Past Chair Jill Oudil.
Regional Director positions for the following regions were also filled by election:
Ontario: Winson Chan
Manitoba: Kourosh Doustshenas
British Columbia/Yukon: Anthony Bastiaanssen
Quebec: Georges Gaucher
Atlantic: Kimberly French
They will join Regional Director for Atlantic Chris Peters and Regional Director for Saskatchewan Steven Bobiash.
Two additional Director-At-Large positions were elected, with David Oikle and Luc Woolsey joining Phil Moore, Darin Germyn and Garry Bhaura who return to complete the final year of their mandates.
