REALTOR.ca partners with the McGillivray Group

The Real Smart Deal app combines McGillivray’s real estate investment expertise with REALTOR® listings from across Canada to help investors evaluate properties as potential investments. REALTOR.ca listings can be imported into the app and compared against key criteria to help users find the ideal property to meet their investment targets.

“This latest partnership further increases the reach of Canadian REALTORS®’ listings and is added to the full spectrum of available destinations,” stated Patrick Pichette, CREA’s VP Realtor.ca. “Canadian consumers can access REALTORS®’ listings on REALTOR.ca, on 2 banking institutions’ mortgage calculators, and now on an app designed to help them evaluate properties as investments.”

Scott McGillivray, the star and award-winning Executive Producer of HGTV hit series’ “Income Property”, “Moving the

McGillivrays” “Buyers Bootcamp” and most recently, “Vacation House Rules”, has been inspiring viewers and followers on real estate investing and home renovations for over a decade.
