To help with this, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) offers a free eLearning course to REALTOR® members, Time Management Mastery for REALTORS®.

In this 35-minute course, you’ll learn tips and tricks to better manage your time, complemented by activities and knowledge checks after each of the five parts. 

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:  

  • maximize return on investment by balancing cost against time savings;
  • leverage the Eisenhower matrix to effectively schedule and prioritize tasks;
  • implement time-blocking and build a roadmap to keep transactions on track;
  • build in healthy work habits and remove distractions;
  • learn effective communication strategies to avoid misunderstandings and save time; and
  • leverage technology and tools to focus more time on client interactions.
