What is REALTOR.ca DDF®?
REALTOR.ca DDF® is a managed service for REALTORS® and broker owners who are looking to share listings with multiple third-party websites, while providing access to more listings for your own website.
REALTOR.ca DDF® currently powers seven out of the top 10 Canadian real estate websites.
How it works
REALTOR.ca DDF® can help increase the reach of your listings, ensure your listing information is accurate, and, most importantly, send all leads back to the listing agent. Broker owners have control over how their listings are shared and can manage permissions for salespeople in their offices.
Updated an average of 46 times per day, REALTOR.ca DDF® helps get listings in front of home buyers as they come on to the market.
To get started with REALTOR.ca DDF®, follow these three steps:
- Opt-in: Review and opt-in to whichever partner and real estate advertising website you want your listing to appear on.*
- Update: Once you have opted in to REALTOR.ca DDF®, you can set up a data feed to display listing content on your personal website.
- Authorized Technology Providers: You can also work with one of our official Technology Providers who can set up a data feed on your website.
