Demonstrate Your Team Leadership with the C-RETS Certification
Register for upcoming courses in April and May.
REALTORS® are dedicated to continuous growth, which is one of the many things that makes working in real estate so special. Open to all REALTOR® members, the Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS) is a certification to learn and demonstrate excellence in team management for real estate professionals.
To earn the certification, you must complete two C-RETS courses within four years and pay a one-time credentialing fee. The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is offering two eligible courses this spring. Upon completion, you will be eligible to apply for the C-RETS certification.
Designing and Sustaining Successful Teams
Designed for members looking to start a team, this course focuses on ways to build team unity to advance your client relations and profitability. Led by instructor Brian Finley SRES®, ABR®, C-RETS®, e-Pro®, this this session is taking place April 30 and May 1, 2025.
Team Leadership for Maximum Performance
This course reviews different management and leadership techniques and applies them to everyday situations to ensure your team reaches top performance. Also led by instructor Brian Finley, this session is taking place May 7 and 8, 2025.
