Every member of CREA receives a REALTOR® Toolkit. The CD inside the kit provides extensive information on:
- the strength of our MLS® and REALTOR® trademarks;
- CREA’s effective federal lobbying efforts;
- important websites; and
- other issues of interest to REALTORS® in Canada.
CREA provides a number of other services to its members.
With 12 million monthly visits, this website is a powerful tool for promoting residential real estate properties to the general public.
Get convenient, efficient access to online documents and forms provided by your board or association. You can view, complete, manage and publish all the forms needed for a real estate transaction. Accessible via REALTOR Link® and via the MLS® System of some boards and associations.
Through this password-protected intranet site, you can view information that directly affects you and your board. This includes updates from regional boards, as well as information from CREA. An important feature is the “My Listings” tab, which allows you to see how many people have viewed each of your online listings.
Members of the Canadian Commercial Council (CCC) can access the ICX Console, an exchange for information about commercial real estate. All CREA members can use ICX.ca, a publically available website of commercial property listings.
Access online reports and analysis about factors affecting the real estate market, including consumer confidence, employment and immigration. Many boards and associations also post their monthly news release about local markets. Accessible at the CREAstats website.
Electronic Business Card
As a CREA member, you get an Electronic Business Card, which displays your marketing information including photo, office logo and business information. The card will appear alongside all of your online listings on any of CREA’s public websites, or provided to consumers and other CREA members in response to a REALTOR® search.
Using this website, the public can get practical tips and advice on buying and selling real estate in Canada. Buyers and sellers learn what’s involved at each step in a real estate transaction, while learning the value that a REALTOR® can bring to the process.
National Ad Campaigns
Through its national ad campaigns, CREA connects with the public to promote the services and benefits of REALTORS®. Campaigns generally involve print, radio, television and online ads focused around a core message and strategy. CREA maintains a website where you can learn more about the current campaign and order advertising materials that will allow you to extend its success to your local market. Accessible via REALTOR®Link.
